Brazil Butt Lift Giveaway!

by BusyMama on January 22, 2013

Okay admit it – who doesn’t want a nice booty?

Brazil Butt Lift is the real deal. 4 weeks of booty sculpting workouts with Leandro Carvahlo definitely does the trick to really boost your ‘ass-ets’. :)   And even better (in my opinion) is that taking some time to strengthen and tone your butt actually improves your overall fitness! A lot of balance and strength comes from your booty!  But seriously, there’s a reason why many of the Victoria’s Secret’s Angels use this workout.  It shapes and lifts and gives results very quickly!

And guess what.  I’m going to hook you up.  I have a copy of Brazil Butt Lift to give away to one lucky winner for FREE.

Along with this giveaway, my dear friend J’Wana is hosting a Brazil Butt Lift challenge group starting February 11th.  You can read more about her challenge group here on her blog!

Here’s how this works! Comment below with what your weight loss/fitness goal is for 2013 for one entry into the drawing.  Register for free coaching from J’Wana on her coaching site for a second entry!  A free basic membership will do the trick.  Drawing will be held on Friday, January 25th and the winner will be announced by the end of the work day (5 pm PST)!

Good luck!

I am committed to a strong core, so far so good. Day is the day that everyone makes or breaks their resolutions….21 days! Last year my goal was to run 1000 miles and I made it, hoping to stick to it this year

2013 will be my year!…in so many different and positive ways, but in particular, finally getting myself into shape! It’s been a long time coming, but I’ll be damned if I spend another uncomfortable summer at the river next to my chiseled boyfriend, only wishing I was as healthy and slim as I long to be. Turbo Fire is great! But BBL would be fantastic! My ultimate goal? Lose at least 80 pounds, conquer the sugar demon, and have the confidence to wear a real swimsuit this summer!

I want to 2013 to finally be the year that I don’t compare myself to others and realize this is my journey to a new lifestyle. I am tired of always considering myself to be on a diet or just finshing a fitness program. I for once just want to mix things up. I want try differnt programs and gain more muscle, lose some belly fat, and just lose more weight in general. I am going to focus on doing something at least 5 days a week and try to fine tune my nutrition. In doing this, I do need the programs to help me stay on tract so for now I will finish my hyrbid of Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme.

My goals are to drop 20 lbs, sculpt/tone muscle overall, achieve more strength and stamina, eat even more nutritiously and vastly decrease my current sugar consumption. I also plan on encouraging my family to make small steps in the same direction.

I have overcome the past few years healing emotionally from the effects of abuse. I had let my body and health go, because I did not think I was worth it. I am excited to start this adventure by completing Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme to begin my weightloss of over 100 pounds and to gain strength, and to also love myself enough to fight for my life and health.

In 2013 I want to run at least 2 half marathons. and lose my “newlywed” 15lbs that I somehow managed to gain. I also want to really focus on just eating cleaner better things for my body. A butt lift would be great too, so this giveaway would surely help me reach that goal ;) Here’s to a great start for 2013!

My goals for this year include getting myself into shape so that I can be the best mom I can be to my kids. If they have a healthy mom, they are going to be more likely to make healthier choices themselves. I am also planning to run several 5k races this year and work my way towards a mini-marathon. Just the tip of the iceberg of what I hope to accomplish this year!

I just found your blog a couple of weeks ago and I’m so glad I did. Love it!

My goal is to get back in the shape I was before our daughter was born. I’m about eight pounds overweight right now with very little muscle. I need to be strong again! The big challenge for me is making the time to exercise consistently.
