There is a push-up in the Chest, Back and Balance workout of P90X2 that I am determined to own. This push-up is called the Impossible/Possible. Basically, it is a push-up done with your hands balancing on medicine balls and your feet balancing on a stability ball.
I made my first attempt at this push-up on Wednesday, unsuccessfully.
I’m not done trying! I’m determined to master this! When I can do 5 full range of motion push-ups while keeping stable on the med balls and stability ball, we’ll consider this goal achieved and move up to working on doing a push-up with my hands on one stability ball and my feet on another: The Impossible/Impossible.
